Client Terms and Conditions for Services and Payment

PURPOSE

Outline roles, responsibilities and terms and conditions for payment and services when engaging in business with Anna Findlay Career Coaching. 

SCOPE

Client Terms and Conditions for Services and Payment apply to all employees of Anna Findlay Career Coaching.

  • Payment Responsibilities of Anna Findlay Career Coaching describe the business’s objectives regarding payment for services from clients

PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Career Coaching services and packages must be paid up-front before commencement of Career Coaching services.

  • All payment details and amounts due will be issued to the client via invoice, sent to their nominated email address before commencement of services. 

  •  All payments must be made out to Anna Findlay Career Coaching via PayPal, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or debit / credit card.

  • Services may not be provided until payment from clients have been received into the nominated bank account of Anna Findlay Career Coaching. 

  • Anna Findlay Career Coaching reserves the right to refuse services to clients whose payments have not been received at time of agreed upon services. 

  • There will be no credit invoice issued to clients.

  • All client services must be used within six months from the date of initial service. 

  • Anna Findlay Career Coaching reserves the right to refuse services to any client.
     

CLIENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Career Coach will call the client at the agreed upon time using contact details provided by the client. Career Coaching service calls may be conducted via online video call or voice call phone services.

  • Client reschedule and / or cancellation requests will be accepted via phone or email communication up to 48 hours before agreed Career Coaching service time.

  • Any reschedule and / or cancellation requests attempted sooner than 48 hours before agreed Career Coaching service time may be subject to loss of funds for Career Coaching session. 

  • Acceptance of any reschedule and / or cancellation requests will be at the discretion of Anna Findlay Career Coaching

  • Termination or discontinuation of Career Coaching relationship must be agreed to by both parties and can be made at any time.

  • The client agrees actions taken from Anna Findlay Career Coaching services are their responsibility and Anna Findlay Career Coaching services will not be liable for outcomes of such actions. 

  •  The client agrees that the nature of coaching is not therapeutic.

  • The client agrees Anna Findlay Career Coaching services does not guarantee delivery of any specific salary, performance or other outcomes. 

USE AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF CLIENT INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

All transaction details from clients will be destroyed once services have been completed and will not be used for any other use.

  • All client information and / or documentation shared with Anna Findlay Career Coaching will be kept secured and kept confidential throughout the duration of services.

  • Confidentiality will be maintained by all staff of Anna Findlay Career Coaching services. Any salary, workplace or additional details disclosed will not be shared.
