Hi, I’m Anna Findlay
I help mid-career professional women who feel stuck, undervalued, or off-track confidently reposition themselves to build the careers they actually want. Whether it’s a new job, a pivot, or a promotion, without wasting time, burning out, or playing small.
Why? Because I’ve been there. I used to be that overlooked, quiet achiever, smart, capable, overworked, and invisible. I thought if I kept my head down and did the work, recognition would come. It didn’t. I struggled to advocate for myself, doubted my worth, and stayed stuck in roles that didn’t reflect my potential.
So I changed the game. I studied what actually works, career acceleration strategies, communicating with influence, storytelling, and personal branding, and built a strengths-based system that helped me go from a job I loathed earning $60K a year to doing work I loved, earning over $200K in less than 3 years.
Here’s what happened when I put this into action:
✅ Career transitions across 4 industries – with no prior experience
✅ 3 promotions in 18 months
✅ Headhunted for 4 of my last 5 roles
✅ 3 offers (But only one job application)
I share this to show you: what I did wasn’t a fluke. It’s a repeatable system that works.
Even as the world’s biggest socially awkward introvert, I figured out how to position myself powerfully and get paid well for what I do.
Now I coach others to do the same. Whether you’re navigating a job search, working towards a promotion, at a career crossroads or having a crisis of confidence, I help you cut through the noise and build a purpose-driven career that feels good and works.
Today, I run Career AccelerateHER: a 90-day coaching program designed to take you from stuck, overlooked, or off-track to confident, visible, and thriving in a role that truly aligns with your strengths and goals.
If you’re a smart, capable woman who's ready to stop playing small and step into the career you actually want, I’d love to support you. Book a complimentary strategy call to find out if the program is right for you — no hard sell.
Here’s to building a career that finally fits, on your terms.
